Follow the
Crowd
There was once a group of friends, who were wondering on a rocky dirt road.
Through the darkness one dull night, with only the moon as a source of light,
They came across the striking forest their parents told them to never enter.
With The tree branches dancing along with wind,
With the fog that glides along the forest floor
And from farther than what their young eyes could see,
Seemed like a never ending tunnel of darkness,
Only added to their bewilderment of what lies ahead
Chatters of excitement and curiosity took over the crowd,
Showing they’re going to go in no matter what could go down.
But all except for one was willing to take the risk.
“This is a bad idea,” one girl said. “You guys are mad if you think I’m going in there.”
After a period of long reasoning’s and overdramatic pleads,
There was no way of trying to convince her.
They decided to go ahead without their friend
making her wait all alone.
So she waited.
Seconds turned to minutes,
Minutes turned to hours,
Until she wondered if she should’ve gone with
And after a period that felt like forever,
The girl accepted the fact that she won’t be seeing her friends again.
In this case, she made the right decision of following the crowd.
